Integration of a CRM system Bitrix24 into the business processes of the Innomat Company
The Innomat Company producing polyurethane foam automobile cushions came into the Russian market in 2019. They needed to automate the work of their managers due to staff expansion and the necessity to process orders quickly. Besides, the company’s executives wanted to control the operation of their Russian office in real time.
That was our first experience of a process solution integration at the initial stage of a company’s work. Usually our clients already have a long working experience and have faced particular problems with offline processes by the time they come to us to automate routine processes.
Purpose: the automation of business processes of the Innomat Company’s Russian office.
