The Standartplast company, the leading manufacturer of soundproofing materials in Russia, made a decision to organize and start the online selling of their products.
The client wanted us to analyze the market and to launch a complex e-commerce solution: from the website development to business process management.
Purpose: the creation of an e-commerce system for the company.
Tasks: to build an online store; to integrate it with the 1C management system and the calculators of logistics companies; to promote the service; to create and introduce the order processing algorithm; to train the client’s staff.
Solution: We decided to assemble a working team of 10 specialists. At different stages of the development process, we involved the client’s representatives from different departments and regions. It helped us to think through and adjust the systems of order formation, processing and registration.

We trained the client and the company’s regional representatives on the project. It helped to avoid any delays in the customers’ orders processing. Now the online store is operating normally, and the customers get their orders they’ve bought directly from the manufacturer.
